Order Confirmation:
When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from sales@luxyardandhomes.com. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days.
Order Shipment:
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us.
Shipping Costs:
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99.
- For orders under $99, a flat shipping rate of $9.99 applies.
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Delivery: We offer complimentary curbside delivery to all addresses within the continental United States (lower 48 states).
· Special Delivery Requests:
If you require special delivery arrangements, such as delivery to a specific room or floor, please contact our customer service team at sales@luxyardandhomes.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that additional charges may apply for special handling services
Curbside Delivery Means:
- Your product will arrive on a truck.
- Your product will be placed in your driveway or front yard.
- You are responsible for assembling any unassembled items and setting up your product.
Shipping Times:
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States.
- Custom Order Shipping: Please allow 4-6 weeks for production, followed by an additional 5-7 days for shipping. All custom order items are clearly marked on the product page.
Shipping Carriers:
- We use R&L, UPS, and FedEx for most orders.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. You can track your parcel using the number provided on the shipping carrier website.
Delivery Inspection
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged during shipping or does not match your invoice, you have the right to refuse it while the delivery driver is present. Simply inform the driver and they will return the item to us.
What to Do if Damaged or Incorrect (After Delivery):
If you discover damage or an inconsistency with your invoice after the delivery driver has left, take photos of the damaged item(s), the box, and the SKU label. Include a brief description of the damage or discrepancy. Email us at sales@luxyardandhomes.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. This will help us process a claim and assist you further.
Additional Note:
Please note: Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must also be reported within 24 hours of arrival for a valid freight damage claim.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to request a refund within 30 days of the product being delivered. You also have the option to exchange the product for another product within 14days. Returns and Exchanges are accepted if they meet the terms and conditions of our return policy. Custom Order Cancellation and Refund
Please note: Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins. These products are built specifically for your order and go into production shortly after order placement. We clearly mark custom and made-to-order products in the product description.
If you're unsure whether a product is custom-made, feel free to message us or call us before placing your order.
Warranty: While custom-made products are non-refundable, your warranty guarantees a fully functional and operational product.
Final Sale: All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.
