What's Included

1. Durable Long Lasting Vinyl

Vinyl is a synthetic material, not a natural one. It's a type of plastic created by combining ethylene (from crude oil) and chlorine (from salt). This process forms Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) resin, commonly known as vinyl.

Vinyl is an eco-friendly material due to its easy recycling and long lifespan, reducing the need for frequent replacements.

Fifthroom's gazebos and outdoor structures feature vinyl wrapped around aluminium channel inserts.

2. Vinyl Clad Posts

Vinyl posts offer the strength of treated yellow pine combined with the low-maintenance benefits of vinyl. The core is made of treated yellow pine, while the exterior is covered in a durable vinyl sleeve. This construction eliminates the need for painting or staining, offering a long-lasting and maintenance-free solution.

The vinyl-wrapped posts have dimensions of 5 inches by 5 inches and are 78 inches tall. If you require taller posts, please consult with your project advisor.

3. Standard Rails

Standard vinyl railings, measuring 1 inch by 1 inch, offer clean lines, low maintenance, and great durability. The railing legs and spindles are made of solid vinyl, while the horizontal rails are made of sturdy vinyl-coated #1 Grade Treated Southern Yellow Pine.

Spindles are spaced 4 inches apart and are 32 inches tall. These railings come in pre-made sections that can be attached to the posts using the provided screws.

4. Standard Braces

Standard braces for vinyl gazebos are made of solid poly lumber and have a 45-degree angle. They square the gazebo's corners and support both the gazebo posts and roof. These braces are manufactured as part of the top railing section and come preassembled, along with part of the top railing section.

5. 30 Year Architectural Asphalt Shingles

Heavyweight 30-year architectural asphalt shingles feature a triple-layer fiberglass mat construction with a random cut middle and top saw tooth design. Asphalt coats three layers of mat, which are then surfaced with mineral granules and laminated together using special asphalt adhesive. A self-sealing strip of asphalt adds wind resistance.

Most kits shipped with asphalt shingles do not have the shingles applied to the roof section to maintain safe transportation weight.

TAMKO Building Products manufactures standard shingles. If you use a shingle from another manufacturer, ask your project advisor for Florida Approvals, if applicable. Florida Approval # FL18355-R6.
