When you place an order with Lux Yard and Homes, you will receive an order confirmation email from sales@luxyardandhomes.com. This confirms that we have successfully received your order in our system and that your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase.
Orders $1,000 or more: Free Standard Shipping
Orders under $1,000: Flat rate of $100
Supplier Requirements: If any supplier imposes unique shipping requirements or fees, we will notify you prior to processing your order.
Delivered curbside to all addresses within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states).
Items will be delivered outside your residence or business at the nearest accessible point.
For customers who prefer the highest level of care and convenience:
Scheduled Delivery: We’ll coordinate a delivery window that works with your schedule.
In-Home Placement: Our team will carefully place your item in your chosen location (home, garage, backyard, or designated room) as long as there is safe and clear access.
Unpacking & Debris Removal: All packaging materials, including boxes, plastic, and styrofoam, will be removed and disposed of responsibly.
Important Notes:
This service is for delivery and unpacking only. It does not include installation, assembly beyond minor attachment (e.g., attaching table legs), or any plumbing, electrical, or carpentry work.
Please ensure clear pathways and adequate space. We cannot be held responsible for damages if items cannot fit through doorways, staircases, or other entry points.
Not all products qualify—eligibility will be shown on the product page or confirmed by our team.
Processing: Most orders ship within 1–5 business days (Mon–Fri).
Transit: Standard transit times are 5–8 business days within the continental U.S.
Custom Orders: Additional lead times apply, clearly stated on each product page.
Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
We partner with reliable carriers including R&L, UPS, FedEx, and Priority1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You may track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
We encourage all customers to inspect deliveries upon arrival:
At Delivery: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you may refuse the delivery. The carrier will return it to us at no cost to you.
After Delivery: If you discover any issue after the driver leaves, notify us within 24 hours at sales@luxyardandhomes.com. Please include:
Photos of the item(s), packaging, and SKU label
A short description of the damage or discrepancy
Important: Visible exterior damages (punctures, dents, tears, etc.) must be reported within 24 hours to qualify for a valid freight claim.
Refund Requests: Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges: Available within 14 days of delivery.
All returns and exchanges must comply with our Return and Refund Policy.
Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun. These products are built specifically for your order and are considered final sale.
Warranty Coverage: All custom items remain protected under the manufacturer’s warranty to guarantee functionality and performance.
