Total delivery time depends on whether your selected fire feature is in stock under a quick ship program or individually made to order at the factory.

Made to Order Architectural Models (25 to 37 Calendar Days Total Delivery): Custom finishes and architectural units are poured, hand cast, cure hardened, and crated to order by manufacturing teams in California. 3. Curbside Freight Boundaries

4. Standard Parcel Shipping for Accessories

Ground parcel shipments dispatch within 2 to 3 business days and do not require scheduled appointment windows or signature confirmation upon delivery.
