At Lux Yard and Homes, we're committed to offering competitive pricing on all premium outdoor living products. If you find an identical product advertised at a lower price from an authorized dealer, we'll match it.
How It Works
Before Your Purchase: If you find a lower advertised price before buying, contact us at sales@luxyardandhomes.com with the competitor's information. We'll verify and match the price before processing your order.
After Your Purchase (30-Day Protection): If you find a lower advertised price within 30 days after your purchase, we'll refund you the difference. Simply submit a price match claim using the process below.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for our price match guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
✓ Authorized Dealer: The competitor must be an authorized dealer of the brand (e.g., authorized YardCraft dealer for YardCraft products)
✓ Identical Product: Must be the exact same product, model number, size, color, and condition (new, in-box)
✓ Verifiable Price: The competitor's price must be currently advertised and publicly available (website screenshot or printed ad required)
✓ In Stock: The competitor must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase
✓ Same Market: Competitor must be a US-based retailer serving the same geographic market
Exclusions
Our price match guarantee does NOT apply to:
✗ Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales
✗ Damaged, used, refurbished, or open-box items
✗ Unauthorized dealers, marketplace sellers (Amazon, eBay), or auction sites
✗ Pricing errors or misprints
✗ Bundle deals, package offers, or promotions that include free items
✗ Competitor coupons, rebates, or financing offers
✗ International retailers or gray market sellers
How to Submit a Price Match Claim
Step 1: Gather Documentation
- Your Lux Yard and Homes order number and purchase date
- Competitor's name and website URL
- Screenshot or photo of the competitor's advertised price (must show product name, price, and date)
- Proof that the competitor is an authorized dealer (if not obvious)
Step 2: Submit Your Claim Email all documentation to: sales@luxyardandhomes.com
Subject line: "Price Match Claim - [Your Order Number]"
Step 3: We'll Review and Respond
- We'll verify the claim within 2-3 business days
- If approved, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
