Choosing a gas fire bowl can seem daunting, but Lux Yard and Homes can help! We've laid out a simple 3-step process to find the ideal fire pit for your outdoor space and preferences.
Step 1: Burner Style - Classic or Dramatic?
Fire pit burners come in two main styles to suit your preference:
- Standard Burner: This reliable option provides a classic flame pattern, perfect for those who prefer a traditional look.
- Torpedo Burner: If you're looking for a more dramatic effect, the Torpedo Burner creates a bold, swirling flame that adds a touch of excitement to your fire pit.
Step 2: Choose your Ignition
HPC Fire's Mesa fire bowl pits come with two ignition choices. Both featuring HPC Fire's signature 12-inch diameter Penta burner on an 18-inch flat pan.
This option uses a standard knob for gas on/off and flame adjustment. It's a familiar and easy-to-use system.
Enjoy the convenience of turning on your fire pit with a wall switch, remote control (optional), or even your smart home system. This system also provides continuous safety monitoring. If the flame goes out, the gas supply shuts off automatically and attempts to reignite itself.
Step 3: Choose Your Power Source (if you chose Electric Ignition)
The electronic ignition system comes in two voltage options:
- This standard option uses a regular outdoor power cord that plugs into a GFCI outlet.
- This lower voltage option might be suitable for specific setups.
Peace of Mind and Flexibility:
Both ignition systems are CSA certified, available in natural gas or propane versions, and put out 50,000 BTUs of heat. They're suitable for both residential and commercial use.
Fire and Water Option
Looking for a more captivating feature? The gas fire bowl's design also comes in a Fire and Water version that incorporates a water flow feature for a truly mesmerizing effect. You can find the fire with water feature here: HPC Fire Mesa Hammered Copper and Fire Water Bowl
