Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us.

Shipping Costs:

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $1000.
For orders under $99, a flat shipping rate of $9.99 applies.

Shipping Methods:

Standard Curbside Delivery: We offer complimentary curbside delivery to all addresses within the continental United States (lower 48 states).

White Glove Delivery Service

For those who desire the highest level of convenience and care for their new purchase, our White Glove Delivery Service is available for an additional flat rate of $250. This premium option ensures a smooth and effortless experience, bringing your item directly to your desired spot and handling all the packaging.

With our White Glove Delivery, you can expect:

Scheduled Delivery: We'll contact you to set up a delivery time that works best for your schedule.
Placement in Your Chosen Location: Our team will carefully transport your item into your home, backyard, garage, or any specific room you designate, as long as there's clear and safe access. This includes navigating stairs and tight spaces.
Complete Unpacking & Debris Removal: We'll unbox your item, take away all the packing materials (like cardboard, styrofoam, and plastic), and dispose of them responsibly. No mess left behind for you!

Important Note: This service is for delivery and package removal only. It DOES NOT include any form of installation.

This means our team will not provide services such as:

Assembling furniture beyond basic, minor component attachment (e.g., attaching pre-drilled legs to a table).
Connecting appliances to water, gas, or electrical outlets.
Mounting items to walls or ceilings.
Making any modifications to your home, such as drilling holes or altering existing structures.
Performing any plumbing, electrical, or carpentry work.

Please also be aware:

Confirm your item is eligible for White Glove Delivery on the product page or by contacting our customer service.
Ensure clear pathways and sufficient space for our team and your item(s).
While we take extreme care, we are not responsible for damage to property if safe access isn't provided or if the item doesn't fit through standard entryways.

To choose White Glove Delivery, simply select the option at checkout. We'll reach out shortly after your order is placed to coordinate the details.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 days. Monday to Friday
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the United States. an additional 5-8 days for shipping. All custom order items are clearly marked on the product page.

Shipping Carriers:

We use R&L, UPS, and FedEx, Prority1 for most orders.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. You can track your parcel using the number provided on the shipping carrier's website.

Delivery Inspection

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged during shipping or does not match your invoice, you have the right to refuse it while the delivery driver is present. Simply inform the driver and they will return the item to us.

What to Do if Damaged or Incorrect (After Delivery):

If you discover damage or an inconsistency with your invoice after the delivery driver has left, take photos of the damaged item(s), the box, and the SKU label. Include a brief description of the damage or discrepancy. Email us at sales@luxyardandhomes.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. This will help us process a claim and assist you further.

Additional Note:

Please note: Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must also be reported within 24 hours of arrival for a valid freight damage claim.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to request a refund within 30 days of the product being delivered. You also have the option to exchange the product for another product within 14 days. Returns and Exchanges are accepted if they meet the terms and conditions of our return policy. Swift Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned package, our team will conduct a quality check to ensure the item is in unused condition and all original parts and accessories are included. If the item passes inspection, we will issue a full refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Restocking Fees

Due to the specialized nature of our outdoor living products, including their size, weight, we incur significant costs associated with returns, including shipping, handling, and restocking. To offset these expenses, a 20% restocking fee is applied to all returned items except for items that arrive damaged. The restocking fee is non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

What to do if your Item Arrives Damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery. In case of damage, take photos of the damaged item(s), the box, and the SKU label, along with a brief description of the damage, and email it to us at sales@luxyardandhomes.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. This will help us process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Product Warranty

BOGO Promotions

If you purchase items under a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If you return only one item, you can choose between a replacement for that item or store credit equivalent to the full price of one item. Please note that standard shipping costs and potential restocking fees (dependent on the manufacturer) will apply to returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Example: If you purchased two items under a BOGO offer and return only one, you can receive a replacement for that item or a store credit equivalent to the full price of one item.

Chargebacks
